"Your crown has been bought and paid for. Put it on your head and wear it!" Maya Angelou

"Your crown has been bought and paid for. Put it on your head and wear it". Dr. Maya Angelou

Today Venus is moving into Sagittarius; we will be glamoured by love! Venus stays in Sagittarius until January 24th, so your relationships can feel lighter and fun!

Midweek the Queen of Wands from the Golden Tarot came out wearing her crown. This fiery queen is dressed in a rich red cloak with with a golden brooch with a black lion. Her arms are crossed as she holds a wand. She is surrounded with glowing red angels. She is creative and passionate in all that she does and is not afraid to go for it. This Queen calls on her team in the celestial realm when needed for help. She leaves no stone unturned and has her resources at her fingertips. She reminds us we don’t really need to wear a crown, although it can be fun, and to be a uniter, an encourager, knowing we’ve got what it takes to get it done and to help others feel the same. If we experience a bump in the road midweek, think of what this of this Queen of Wands, what would do. She would not let it take her out for long, but relax and look for signs, ask for support and jump right back in knowing this will not define or defeat her. Sometimes we fake it until we make it! And I would bet she would look through her closet and put on something that makes her feel and look fabulous, smile, and radiate that Queen of Wands energy.

If The Only Prayer You Ever Say In Your Entire Life Is Thank You, It Will Be Enough

“If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.” Eckhart Tolle
At the beginning of the week The Six of Coins was drawn from the Golden Tarot by Kat Black and published by U.S. Games, Inc. In the card, a wealthy merchant is weighing and distributing alms. There is a white castle on the hill in the background surrounded by green fields. Some of the key words when we think of the Six of Coins are generosity, giving, receiving, wealth, and abundance. When this card comes up, we may experience money coming to us, maybe through an inheritance, an act of kindness, a debt repaid or an unexpected surprise. This is the season of giving and we can give in so many different ways. It’s fun to think of creative ways to give and also to pay it forward. Some of my favorite movies with this message is, Pay it Forward, Forrest Gump, Bruce Almighty, and The Butterfly Effect. Wouldn’t it be nice for the season of giving to extend throughout the year and it can! It might be fun to add on our monthly or weekly planner, things we can give throughout the year. I like to remember to give lots of smiles and hugs. And we can extend this not only to people but all sentient beings. The the flip side of giving is to learn the art of receiving. That was something it took me awhile to learn. Sometimes just a thank you is all you need. I like the quote from Eckhart Tolle: “If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.” https://youtu.be/NWRkticoSq4 #Tarot #GoldenTarot #SixOfCoins #Maggiemoontarot #MaggieLukowski

Tarot and Astrology Reading for the Week of December 26, 2015, With the ...

Happy Boxing Day for those in Canada, the UK, Australia and everyone that celebrates! This evening, the Moon goes void-of-course in Cancer before it enters Leo on Sunday. When the mood is void of course, we might feel a bit floaty so we usually don’t schedule important events. But in certain signs, and Cancer is one of those, we have opportunity periods, so we can expect our evening plans to go very well.
This week I’m reading with the exquisite Golden Tarot by Kat Black published by U.S. Games Systems, Inc. This deck is a collage of art work from the late Middle Ages and early Renaissance. It is presented in a beautiful and sturdy box, the cards have gold edges and the deck is easy to read with. The companion book includes spreads and one of my favorites, The Horseshoe Spread. In the back of the book it has sources for the artwork in the collages for each card. So let’s get started! https://youtu.be/NWRkticoSq4 #GoldenTarot #Tarot #Astrology #Maggiemoontarot #MaggieLukowski

Happy Birthday Capricorn, it's your time to shine!

Here Comes the Light! Happy Winter Solstice!

Here comes the light! “There are two ways of spreading light; to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.” -Edith Wharton
As we celebrate the Sun moving into Capricorn, we also celebrate the Winter Solstice, the first day of Winter. A time of rebirth and celebration, the Sun returns!
At the beginning of the week I pulled the Princess of Cups, from the Celestial Tarot, traditionally the Page of Cups, her season is Autumn. This Princess stands barefoot in the Fall leaves, holding an engraved cup with the Zodiac signs of Libra, a cardinal sign which starts the first day of Autumn, Scorpio, marks the second month of Autumn, a fixed sign, and Sagittarius marks the end of Autumn, a mutual sign. We’ve completed this season, Winter arrives. The Princess is looking toward the future in this card contemplating a seasonal shift. Her suit is Cups, the element of water, it’s about our world of emotions, feelings and the Princess signals beginning anew. Before we step over the threshold to Winter, what new practices or dreams are we thinking of. It’s ok to future trip but we also want to be mindful of each sign and how they played out in our life. Libra the sign of relationships and balance, Scorpio, the more intimate union and diving into the depths of what is, being present for the pleasure and pain, and Sagittarius, extracting and refining that knowledge. You might want to linger in this season or some of you will want to say, “I’m done with this, thank you very much, I’m ready to move on.” With a new season, comes new hopes, dreams and marking this time with our own celebrations and intentions. Just like our Christmas list, we might write some of what makes us feel good our happy memories and thoughts! https://youtu.be/FJPH182Sp5g #CelestialTarot #Tarot #Astrology #Maggiemoontarot #Maggielukowski

Tarot and Astrology Reading for the Week of December 19, 2015

Tarot and Astrology Reading for the Week of December 19th, 2015 with the Celestial Tarot

“I am like a falling star who has finally found her place next to another in a lovely constellation, where we will sparkle in the heavens forever.”  Amy Tan
The heavens have wonderful surprises for us this week!  The spotlight is on Mercury this week and a time to get our rest, be mindful and slow down.  I know this is easier said than done during the holidays but you will be ready for anything that comes your way with grace and patience.  Saturday, the 19th, Mercury begins his shadow period as he starts slowing down before he goes Retrograde on January 6th. Some people feel the shadow period either before or after more intensively than the retrograde and others not so much but we will be prepared. Paying attention to details, don’t assume anything especially around communication, travel, and commerce can be helpful.   Stay tuned, for there is more to come as we travel through the heavens this week!

This week I’m reading with the exquisite Celestial Tarot,  cards designed by Kay Steventon text by Brian Clark published by US Games Systems, Inc.  Astrology, mythology, and symbolism of the planets make this deck come alive and inspire us!

Brightest Blessings for you week ahead!

Get ready to get your Zen on with a little Moon and Faerie Magic!  http://bit.ly/nuLvUD

As we still remain in the glow of our Sagittarius New Moon, the Moon moves into Capricorn, were we feel the pull to organizing things that are scattered, cluttered, look at practicalities, and we are in a heads down mode, maybe putting on some music that helps us get in the zone, getting our groove on.  The next couple of days are opportunity periods to accomplish things!

With all that’s going on in our lives, I felt we could use a little Faerie magic so I choose this week to read from the dreamy Mystic Faerie Tarot written by Barbara Moore and the artwork by Linda Ravenscroft, published by Llewellyn.  When I begin readings, I’ll invite in Spirit, Angels, our Guides and this week let’s invite in the Fae too! #MysticFaerieTarot #Tarot #Astrology #Faerie #Moon #Capricorn #Maggiemoontarot #MaggieLukowski

You don’t need permission - we all need a soul-healing from time to time to recharge and renew!
The Four of Swords was drawn from the Joie de Vivre deck for the beginning of the week. The energy of this card is rest, renewal, and introspection. The suit of Swords is about our thoughts, the element is air and the astrological correspondence is Libra which is ruled by Jupiter. They are both suggesting that we don’t need permission to take a break or engage in any practice that soothes our soul, body and mind. This is telling us that we might need to catch up on some much needed rest, maybe recovering from stress and also looking at the week ahead, we will need to feel refreshed and ready to hold high vibrational thoughts. In the card the Sun is setting and there is a peacefulness during this liminal time between day and night. In the companion book: “Chrysalis has retreated to her sacred cocoon of soul-healing from which she will emerge a butterfly.” We all need a soul-healing from time to time to recharge and renew to feel balanced and ready to see the little joys in living. Take the time, we don’t need permission. https://youtu.be/Gl2BdMNdA2Y #JoiedeVivre #Tarot #Maggiemoontarot #MaggieLukowski #SoulHealing

Tarot and Astrology Reading With The Art of Life Tarot

Her Heart said it's time to Create - Her Soul overheard and said it's about time!"

This week I’m reading with the beautiful Art of Life Tarot Deck by Charlene Livingstone published by U.S. Games, Systems, Inc. It comes in a beautiful box that you can insert a card into the front for your meditation card or daily draw. These are large cards which feature treasured works of art from all over the world that includes a quote with each card. I was drawn to this deck because one of my first positions was with a German business woman who would go around the world and borrow pieces of art to put together art exhibitions to tour the world. While I was there, we worked on the Mary Cassette collection that started it’s tour at the National Galley of Art in Washington, D.C where her office was. Although my part was small in this effort, it added to my appreciation of art in all of its forms. The Art of Life comes with a white book and a Creativity Spread which we will use for this week’s reading. So let’s get started! https://youtu.be/g5ApKPiATgY #Tarot #ArtOfLife #CreativitySpread #Creativity #Maggiemoontarot #Maggielukowski #Art #Astrology

Tarot and Astrology Reading for the Week of September 19, 2015, With The...

A week of Cosmic Balance! We have changes and big shifts this coming week, as the Sun moves into Libra. Happy Birthday Libra! Then on the same day is the Fall Equinox! Mabon is celebrated, at the Fall Equinox, giving thanks to the harvest and honoring the changing seasons or Ostara in the Southern Hemisphere. This is a day of cosmic balance! In Greek mythology, it’s time for Persephone to return to the underworld as we prepare for a fallow time.
This week I’m reading with the stunning Golden Universal Tarot by Roberto De Angelis published by Lo Scarabeo. Another week where two Major Arcana cards are dealt along with the bonus of an Ace. So let’s begin our reading for the week and I invite you to allow each card, symbol, color and image speak to your own intuition! https://youtu.be/cYwJbjfW7Uo

This week I’m reading with the otherworldly Rainbow Travellers Tarot byCarmen Waterman - rainbowtravellers.com/ and her Etsy shop:https://www.etsy.com/…/l…/119180278/rainbow-travellers-tarot. I chose to read from Carmen's deck because of all the big energies coming up in the heavens this week and upcoming month, as the deck is very healing. The cards are borderless, and in a spread it makes a beautiful transition from one energy to the next, can be read traditionally or intuitively. It’s a dreamy deck. In the deck, Carmen’s Court Cards are called Guides: Muses for Pages, Protectors for Knights, Healers as Queens, and Mentors as Kings. She asks us to believe in more than we can see… which I think will be the theme for the rest of the month too. So let’s begin!

Tarot and Astrology Reading for the Week of August 15, 2015 with The Cry...

This week I’m reading with the mystical Crystal Visions Tarot by Jennifer Galasso published by U.S. Games Systems, Inc.  I really am loving this deck and the energy it holds. I’m wearing my pendant with some of my "Go To" crystals, Amethyst, Citrine and Clear Crystal Quartz. Amethyst is a protective stone, often associated with the the Archangel Michael, and very calming, enhances psychic abilities, and helps balance our emotions and aids in healing. Citrine is like carrying the energy of the Sun with us and Archangel Uriel is often associated with this stone. Citrine helps us with creativity, self-esteem gives us that extra boost of energy and a wonderful amplifier for abundance and brings joy into our lives. Clear crystal Quartz is the master healer, and often referred to as the Great Grandmother of the Mineral Kingdom and one of the best stones for amplifying energy and helps with concentration and memory along with enhancing psychic abilities. It’s really a crystal that can perform miracles. I love that the crystals in these cards gives us additional meaning along with the fantasy, and fairies that enhances the vibration when we are reading. I have my amythest crystal ball to guide us so lets see what the cards have to say for the week ahead.  #CrystalVisions  #Tarot #MaggieLukowski #Maggiemoontarot https://youtu.be/Gz-1zQzwRD8

Tarot and Astrology Reading for the Week of August 1, 2015, with the Tar...

Hi I’m Maggie Lukowski from Maggie Moon Tarot, and here are the vibes for the week!  This weekend Saturn ends his retrograde, we get the go ahead to move forward on plans that may have been restricted.  Saturn is still in Scorpio, a powerful combo, there is persistence and we can accomplish much with great will power but play nice and stay in your own affairs and don’t let emotions control the moment.  And being in Scorpio it is asking us to release what no longer serves our soul’s purpose. Tuesday, the planet of beauty and love, Venus, has a date with the benenvelont Jupiter in Leo which can awaken our hearts!  The snag here is Venus is involved in a square with Saturn along with her being in retrograde.  Jupiter always brings a little luck to the party but Saturn is placing a few rules at this event and Venus likes to have fun and no restrictions so the mood can take a more serious turn.  I’m counting on Leo and Jupiter to intervene on Venus’ behalf!  Then on Thursday, Mars moves into a water trine with Saturn.  Saturn makes up for raining on the parade of Venus and Jupiter earlier in the week and helps move things forward and opens us up emotionally.  And we top off the week on a positive note, Friday Mercury moves into Virgo, his home base for the next month, communications, traveling and commerce will have Virgo’s attention to detail, photographic memory and problem solving skills which is a good thing and assist us with those big ideas.  And don’t sweat the small stuff - Earthy Virgo and helps us keep our plans grounded.  This week I’m reading with the exquisite and curious Tarot of the New Vision by Lo Scarabeo.  I saw this deck at Readers Studio this year in New York and was fascinated by the perspective of looking at what stands behind the images.  It is based on the Rider-Waite-Smith deck and compliments the traditional meanings with a some nuances and symbols.  I think you will be a bit surprised what might be behind the images in the cards we normally look at from the front.  So We start the week out with the Knight of Chalices focused on the road ahead, an emotional experience, taking a journey, leaving.  We notice a man in the background waving farewell and  a woman with her back turned rinsing her hair on the edge of the water.  The act of rinsing is symbolic of cleansing, so we can be renewed. Knights are about going on quests, the element is water, and this knight is charged with emotion.  The astrological correspondence is Scorpio with a little of Libra thrown in! As Saturn goes direct and starts to move and is in Scorpio, a water sign,  there can be emotional feelings about moving forward or leaving a place.  We can feel this emotional pull, and sometimes it comes from others, when we set out to start something new, leave a place that is familiar to us, but when our Chalice is filled with emotion, we are following our soul’s calling, listening to our inner voice.  Are we heading for a new love, a move, starting a new project of our heart’s longing or simply a lovely receiving a lovely invitation?  Or that special person that we have been waiting for may be on their way.  And sometimes that person is us like in the quote from Alice Walker “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”    Midweek the Four of Chalices comes out, astrologically, the Moon in Cancer which speaks of emotion and intimacy, noticing what is being offered.  Traditionally in the card we see a person from the front with three cups on the ground with that hand coming out from the cloud offer a fourth cup.  It’s a card of not really feeling it, boredom or rejection. Like Goldilocks nothing was quite right. We may be a bit about our love life, or just that emotion ick we find ourselves in from time to time.  It’s a little like that Venus/Jupiter party this week, where she is just not into it as Saturn takes the fun out of it. But at this angle we see the divine while stallion, Pegasus in the sky as a distraction.  In mythology he is seen as the white sea horse of revelation. Pegasus is a symbol of inspiration, new consciousness and knowledge and is the constallation in the Northern sky.  He is a sign of new activity.  He was sacred to the Muses and represents the creative spirit in all of us.  The divine white stallion lets us know that the next cup can break the spell of disenchantment if we decide to drink from it and we can ride with him and be lifted up into the sky and receive the knowledge and emotional fulfillment we are seeking.  The end of the week, we see the 7 of Pentacles, the astrological association is Saturn in Tarurus.  This same card came up last week in the same position and puts the punctuation on the reading.  I usually feel this is something to take note of when we see the same card come out again.  Traditionally we see a man leaning on his rake deciding on where to put his last pentacle that is on the ground or where his next effort will go in his business or a decision.  Sometimes it speaks of making adjustments .  From the angle in this card, we see an angel or spirit delivering a message as the sky grows darker.  Take a pause until the storm passes before you decide.  Mercury moving to Virgo will help us analyze and problem solve. And the 7 in Numerology is often thought of taking time out to do more research or think before proceeding.  Seven is a spiritual number so the Angel or Spirit can have a message of how to move in a more spiritual direction in our business or in other areas of life .  We are as a people, searching for a more soulful way to connect in business and life.  The message that is we have time and the  assistance of the Angels and the Unseen when coming up with a solution.   So this week we follow our heart, don’t sit with a rejection or disillusionment too long, instead look for the signs of inspiration and wait until the storm passes, using this time knowing Spirit will show up to guide us.  Since Saturn ends his retrograde and is on the move, what we desire is not far away!  And that my friends are the vibes for the week!   If you enjoyed this video, I invite you to click on the Like and Subscribe buttons and share with your friends.   I have included a transcript of the Video in the About section and a link to Tarot of the New Vision by Lo  Scarabeo along with a link to my website, maggiemoontarot.com if you would like to contact me or schedule a reading.  So until we meet again next week, Laugh often, Love much, Create your own happiness, Believe in miracles, Be kind and Support each other.  Nameste

And sometimes that person is us like in the quote from Alice Walker “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
Midweek the Four of Chalices comes out, astrologically, the Moon in Cancer which speaks of emotion and intimacy, noticing what is being offered.

Tarot and Astrology Reading for the Week of July 25, 2015, with The Ange...

In honor of the magical Radleigh Valentine being a guest on Attune Magazine Radio, the ANGELS LOVE YOU show on Blogtalk Radio, I am reading with the Angel Tarot Cards by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine, Artwork by Steve A. Roberts published by Hay House Publishing.  The show airs Sunday, July 26, at Noon EDT, and I am honored to be joining the host Jean Maurie Puhlman and Radleigh!  Radleigh will talk about the NEW Advanced Certified Angel Card Class and other exciting things that will be coming out!  We hope you will join us!  Here is a link to the:  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/attunemagazineradio/2015/07/26/angels-love-you-with-jean-maurie-maggie-lukowski-and-radleigh-valentine  and no worries, if you miss the show, you can listen from the like in the archives.  So let’s take a look at what messages are coming from the Angels for this week.  You just might find your own special message!
We have just moved into the shining sign of Leo so we can bask in  the Lion’s light, strength, charisma and generous heart!  Saturday, the 25, Venus goes retrograde until early September and will be in the sign of Virgo until the 31st then in Leo for the duration!  In Virgo we look closely at our relationships and finances.  When she stands still in the sign of Leo, it’s about shining the light on what and who we love and reviewing and maybe remembering what brought us here.  Often old loves from the past can come back in with the charm of Leo.  It may be a fun diversion, check in and see what is the motive. Sometimes, relationships seem to stand still so patience is our virtue here.  It’s a wonderful time to do loving things for ourselves.   Then later in the day on Saturday Mars has a run in or sorts with Uranus so if something unexpected comes up, we might want to pas on this one, just stand back and don’t engage.  Sunday Uranus begins his Retrograde until late December.  So the rebel in us looks back on where we have been, how have things worked for us, and can take this time to review what we will put our Spirit and passion.  Then we have our Aquarius Full Moon on the 31st and the second Full Moon this month and at the same time Venus is in Leo!  We started and ended the month with Full Moons!  The Aquarius Full Moon can help us release what no longer serves us. We celebrate all our efforts during the waxing phase of the Moon and the Sun being in Leo, both Leos and Aquarians know how to celebrate!  I like the quote from Allen Ginsberg, “Follow your inner moonlight, don’t hide the madness.” This full moon has the power not only to bless but to amplify energy.  So it’s important to turn up the dial in a positive way on a our vibrations!
In honor of the magical Radleigh Valentine being a guest on Attune Magazine Radio, the ANGELS LOVE YOU show on Blogtalk Radio I am reading with the Angel Tarot Cards by
For the beginning of the week, The Lovers, came out.  In this deck, the Major Arcana have Archangels associated to each card.  Archangel Raphael is standing majestically behind the Lovers who are resting together in an embrace.  This card talks about intimate relationships, weighing our decisions and our well being in relationship to health.  Depending on the cards around it, I often see the Lovers as choices in different areas.  And we do start the week with our planet of Love and Beauty, Venus going Retrograde so we might revisit a relationship and see how it is feeling for us and what we might need, someone from the past may pop up, it can also be how we are loving and taking care of our body and evaluating any choices around what we love to do.  The Astrological association for the Lovers is Gemini, which speaks of communication and duality.  It’s a time to be clear in our communications as to what we want and take a balanced approach.  The green in this card touches right to our heart chakra and also is the color of healing and love, so if there is any healing that needs to take place, Archangel Raphael is our Angel.  When I worked with Hospice patients, on my drive to their house, I would ask Archangel Raphael to send love ahead, and let me be a channel of comfort for the client and family and see some of their needs that they might not express.  Raphael can help us with not only love but healing wounds from a past relationship or a situation you we might be going through now.  Allow the healing green light of Archangel Raphael fill us with love and have confidence that we can make the right decision when it is time.
Midweek, the Nine of Fire or Wands comes out. In the card a woman is standing strong with her wand and a dragon is protecting her and what she has created, with the vibrant colors of red, orange, yellow and pink.  Her message not to give up, have courage and believe in ourselves. Astrologically it corresponds to the Moon in Sagittarius Sagittarius Sagittarius that energy is about not being defeated! Fire and Wands often speak of our creativity and passion.  Next to the Lovers, it a strong sign to pause so we don’t burn out, and have time come up with some creative plans.  I am also hearing the message of not being afraid to ask for help.  There are so many people who would love to help us.  By not asking, we will never find out, or give someone that opportunity to give and our lesson to learn to receive.  The number 9 in Numerology is the Old Soul or Wise One and contains all the vibrations of the other numbers.  This fits in with seeking out help or being a mentor to someone.  Midweek be confident in what we are creating, after all we are in the 9s in the Minor Arcana, so we have travelled though the suit of Fire, beginning with the Ace, opportunities, and finding our challenges and success along the way, so we don’t want to give us before the big miracle occurs.
At the end of the week, The Seven of Earth. This energy suggest a pause in our work to revaluate our next step. A tree stands in a magical forest where gold coins are growing and sprouting, as a fairy walks toward the tree to hold a conversation.  Fairies can powerfully manifest and this is a sign for us.  What conversation might we be having with this fairy. The tree reminds me of each one of us, filled with magic and we are powerful when manifesting too.  Think of a tree and what kind of tree would you image yourself and feel yourself as that tree, what are the attributes, tall, branches point up, out, small and sturdy, or willowy.  When we merge with our tree we also feel a part of nature, feel our deep roots that go down into the earth that feed and nourish us, and we can see the abundance around us.   Seven is a spiritual and magical number in Numerology and also speaks needing alone time to reflect.  This card also reminds us that our seeds are well planted even if we experience some temporary pauses.  We see this in astrology too when planets go retrograde.  We need time to reflect and maybe revise our plans a bit. The astrological association is Saturn in Taurus.  Saturn can ask us to wait before we jump and Taurus with it’s earthly quality loves comfort and abundance.   This card points back to the Nine of Fire, not to give up because we can feel and see our vision, there are helpers of all kinds around us, Angels, Fairies, those in the Unseen Realms, Nature and the our fellow travelers here in this realm.

It's Time To Make Our New Moon Wishes!

It's that magical time of the month so don't forget to make our New Moon Wishes and welcome this beautiful New Moon in Cancer! It's an "ET phone home" kind of day. With the Cancer Moon, our home is our sanctuary. Sometimes we dream of our real home, before we came here on this planet. Send a love blast from our heart back to those who we love and feel the love returning to us. It is also a very nurturing and healing New Moon when we allow our feelings and even tears to flow as they can release any pain or hurt from the past to open our hearts for new beginnings. Cancer's home is the Moon, and her energy is about feelings of belonging, nurturing, our home and family, growth, changing moods and caregiving. When we write out our New Moon wishes and clear intentions by hand, our own vibration and energy is sent out into the Universe to name it and claim it, look at what we truly desire for our growth and wellbeing and not be ruled by any fear. As the moon grows, so do our intentions and we see them manifest even after this lunation! http://bit.ly/nuLvUD

Tarot and Astrology Reading with The Fountain Tarot

Hi I’m Maggie Lukowski from Maggie Moon Tarot, and here are the vibes for the week!   Emotion abounds this week as we have six of the Planets in water signs and a New Moon in Cancer.  This occurs on Wednesday, the Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Mars in Cancer, Saturn in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces, wow, lions, tigers and bears Oh My!   So we might want to stay out of the deep end of the pool, as our emotions can color our decisions. Also the same day that Mars and Pluto come face to face, and Mercury joins the party,  these three can try to put a damper on things but focusing on staying calm and keeping some spacial distance from our fears.  I like to  imagine being in the forest with my worries in a basket, coming to a walking bridge and dropping my basket down on the ground, crossing the bridge, and the further I walk, the basket and my worries get smaller and smaller and I don’t feel the charge around those emotions in my mind or body as I am not as close to the basket and I am able to see things in a different light.  Also on Wednesday Cancer New Moon which is a period of planting seeds and intentions this lunation.  It is ruled by the Moon another water sign so when we make our New Moon wishes, look at what we truly desire for our growth and wellbeing and not be ruled by any fear.  It is also a very nurturing and healing New Moon when we allow our feelings and even tears to flow as they can release any pain or hurt from the past to open our hearts for new beginnings.   So we can write out by hand our intentions in a journal to give them our own energy and to name it and claim it.  As the moon grows, so do our intentions and we see them manifest even after this lunation!    On Thursday, the Cancer Moon and Saturn tend to ground our emotions and can stablize things. Being in nature also helps as it’s the Universe’s healing place.  Or we carry an amulet or a stone that protects and grounds our energy.  I love Black Obsidian for grounding and protecting.

This week I’m reading with the exquisite Fountain Tarot, created by Jonathan Saiz, written by Jason Gruhl, and designed by Andi Todaro.  The Fountain Tarot is a new and fresh voice honoring the tradition of Tarot yet coming from a contemporary experience connecting the worlds of geometry, internet culture, art, and spirituality.  It comes in a beautiful box, and the cards feel good in your hand and the images are inspirational and elegant.  The inscription written inside the box: "You are the voice and the breath of Universes." Also I find the colors and shading in the cards give depth to your reading.  So let’s get started and look at the energy and messages for the week.

For the beginning of the week I chose to start with the extra card in the Major Arcana, after the World, aptly named: The Fountain.  This card is not numbered, has an infinity symbol at the top and is titled “Be”. To me I feel it’s element is Ether or Spirit.  It is described as outside birth, death, time and form.  It is asking us to just “be” to feel the connectedness of all things, we are not separate but all part of the Divine consciousness together waking up from our dream, laying down the mundane and busyness of our times and surrendering to Spirit.  It’s message is calling us to be fully awake, releasing control, to knowing we are enough and beautiful souls whole and perfect.  Be open and awake to the messages from Spirit. It is also a amazing beautiful card to enter into and use for meditation and to start the week. In the companion book it reminds us we are the voice and the breath of the Universe.

Midweek, the Seven of Cups, it’s element is Water and it’s title is:  Lost in Choice.  You can feel this from the expression of the woman in this card with the seven cups surrounding her.  Well and we do have many planets in water signs this week which can make our choices a bit more difficult with all that emotion.  It really is great to have many options, because sometimes we have too few.  But it can be overwhelming and when we don’t take action, because we are not sure, it is really a choice.  So I am seeing the message for us this week is to know what to walk away from and what to say yes too.  We may wait until the end of the week when things start to stabilize before we make our decision when we can become clear on our intentions and not allow our emotions to commit to something we might later regret. I usually ask myself aloud when it comes to choices, “How does this feel” and notices the feelings in my body.  I might sit with it for a day or so to see how it might feel in my life and will know if it is a good fit for me.

At the end of the week, the Queen of Coins comes out and the card is titled: Generous Dedication.  She is standing in a lush garden feeling comfortable with who she is, seen and felt by the vibration she sends out and has manifested an environment of abundance shown by the large gold coin next to her and the shrubs are sculpted with a dedication to form and beauty the sacred geometry which is found in nature and all throughout the Universe.  Gold psychology and spiritually represent prosperity and abundance around the world.  There is a golden light from the heavens that illuminates the tree above and moves down into her world.  She is grounded in her own consciousness. As above, so below.  The coin can be our symbol of planting our wishes and intentions on this New Moon in Cancer.  The color gold across cultures denotes, abundance, magic, generosity, compassion, a benefactor and a deep understanding of our soul, our strength and confidence.  The message from the companion book is:  “Trust in your own abilities and embrace your unique way of being in the World.”

So this week, just “Be”, know we can make the right choice and write out our New Moon intentions, having faith they will produce a magical outcome and dedicate ourselves to gratitude and service!
