Tarot Reading for the Week of February 28, 2015 With The Spiral Tarot

Spiral Tarot by Kay Steventon published by U.S. Games   http://www.usgamesinc.com/Spiral-Tarot/

Hi I’m Maggie Lukowski from Maggie Moon Tarot and here are the vibes
for the Week.  This week we are in for a treat  with Jupiter in a Trine
with Uranus which can bring some sudden changes with regard to cutting
edge ideas, and expanding travel plans.  When these two getting
together, expect the unexpected and living in the land of
possibilities.  A great time to do some brainstorming.  We are in the
waxing Moon phase which gives a boost to this fire Trine.  Then on
Thursday, the Virgo Full Moon rises.  It’s called the  Worm Moon named
by the Algonquin tribes from New England to Lake Superior here in the
US.  Generally at this time of year the ground will soften and the earth
worms reappear and the Robins return.  In some regions, it is known as
the Sap Moon because of the sap is ready to be tapped from the Maple
Trees.  This winter has been especially harsh but  I have been lucky to
see the Robins return pulling the earth worms from the ground.  On some
days there have been 25 Robins in the yard.    This is especially true
for those who work in the non-physical realms, healers, artists,
creatives.  It can be a good time to release any negative patterns that
may be holding us back from realizing our dreams.  With Pisces and
Neptune, we can walk between the worlds and see and hear messages from
other Realms.  We also make our transition to the month of March this
week, a 11/2 month in Numerology. To calculate we add the World Year of 8
to the month of March a 3 equalling an 11 and reduce to 2.  Eleven is a
Master Number in Numerology, a number of inspiration and often the
number we see on clocks 11 11.  Whenever I see 11 or 11 11, it’s a
portal for us to walk through to seek the things we have been looking
for.  The Divine and Angels are giving us a nod, a yes.  Often in the
sky, the clouds create that portal or opening too!  Our Loved Ones and
Angels are around  sending us messages.  The 2 for us this month can be
about creating positive partnerships in all areas of our life and
reminding us to take the time to make conscious choices.  It’s also the
number of Love and Harmony and enhanced Intuition as represented by the
High Priestess in Tarot.

For the reading this week I am using the stunning and beautiful
Spiral Tarot by Kay Steventon published by U.S. Games.   Spirals are one
of the oldest symbols and can hold diverse meaning to different
cultures.  They can represent growth, feminine energy, fertility and the
womb, and the double spiral you see on the back of the cards can
represents balance, opposite ideas, yin and yang, and the mystical and
physical. So let’s and get started! At the beginning of the week the
Eight of Wands illustrated by the March wind blowing out into the blue
sky Eight wands.  Things are in motion, new activities, travel which can
reflect the Fire Trine between Uranus and Jupiter.  It’s time to expand
our horizons as things have been set in motion for us.  It may be the
intentions we put forth on the past New Moon and the Universe heard our
order and now we start to see activity.  Our week may start out busy,
but the beautiful blue sky and water in the card  is a reminder to
remain calm, find those moments of serenity no matter what is going on
around us while the the browns in the card ground us.  Sit back and
pause,  visualize what you set out to accomplish and feel the
excitement.  We just never know where one of our ideas or efforts may
land!

The Midweek energy is represented by the Princess of Cups,
traditionally the Page of Cups.  She is represented by little mermaid,
the Pisces and Neptune qualities of imagination, and tapping into that
psychic ability.  In the companion book the pearl represents the seed of
our imagination.  Since the Suit of Cups is one of emotions and
feelings,  new ideas might be surfacing from our unconscious and we
reflect on where they might take us.  It may have been something we put
on the back burner but is calling our name now. We may also receive
those psychic hits around people or situations.  The Princess might
represent a child in our life or our own inner child that is reminding
us to take time to play like the Dolphins in the cards.  And the Harp
rising from the water is often associated with Mermaids and Angels
playing the music that moves us in our soul, and transport us to higher
states of consciousness where creativity lives.

At the end of the week, we see the energy of the Six of Swords.  A
hooded figure is traveling in a boat at night.  Although there are waves
all around this figure, off in the distance,  the water is calmer and
you can see a the reflection of a light on the other side of the shore
as if to be illuminating the way.  An angel above seems to be pointing
to the light, guiding to a place of safety.  The Full Moon’s light this
week can be guiding us while we release what might be holding us back or
no longer fits.  We sometimes have to release one thing for another to
take life and form.  For each one of us it can be something different.
It may indicated a physical move, changing directions, mental patterns
or habits, or moving from a challenge or illness.  If we keep our eyes
on the light, and know we are not alone, and that we are Divinely guided
on our journey, it can make all the difference.  If we listen closely,
we might here the enchanting songs of the Angels and Mermaids along the
way. You might want to take out your Moonstone and feel the healing
energy of the Goddess and light and voice of the Moon and ask, What do I
need to be shown, what do I need to see, hear or feel for my highest
good and for the highest good for all.

You might want to take out your Moonstone and feel the healing energy
of the Goddess and light and voice of the Moon and ask, What do I need
to be shown, what do I need to see, hear or feel for my highest good and
for the highest good for all.

Midweek Energy from the Ace of Swords

From the Ghosts and Spirits Tarot by Lisa Hunt –
Lisa Hunt’s Decks and Art: http://www.lisahuntart.com/

The Midweek energy is represented by, the Ace of Swords.  An interesting take on this Ace, a Poltergeist, or “noisy ghost” as Lisa mentions in the companion book moving around objects, causing a bit of chaos.  As the suit of Swords represents thinking, and Aces are beginnings, we may feel a bit of intense activity beginning to come though our thoughts midweek and we don’t want to manifest this in our life.  It may be times at night before going to sleep or early in the morning before we get up that anything and everything come floating in.  We are not our thoughts so we don’t want to let our emotions get caught up in this.  We can say, “Ok, that is interesting” and then focus on the positive message that the Page of Pentacles brought us at the beginning of the week.  Taking our sword or magic wand and cut through the jumble, then  feeling gratitude,  joyfully looking at what our intentions are for the day and thanking our guides for always being with us.
Bright Blessings,
Maggie

A Messenger for the Beginning of the Week!

At the beginning of the week the Page of Pentacles comes up.  He is represented by Jack Frost etching intricate snowflakes on the window panes.  Inside is a fern growing soaking in the sunlight.  Pages are often messengers and can also speak of new endeavors, learning something new to enhance our talents or completely venturing on a new course of action.  His etchings show the uniqueness in each snowflake.  We may doubt what we have to bring to the table on a project, job, or writing a book and others seem to be doing it so well.  Often we forget how precious and unique we are, our talents, what we have to say and how we can share and express that in the world.  This Page is reminding us to be ourselves.  With the element of Earth and Pentacles, it’s about new growth and exploration in these areas.  Ferns are considered a magical plant that can hold enchantment, provide protection and give confidence.  Just the messages and qualities we need to start something new!  The green color of the fern vibrates  healing, growth, and is associated with the heart chakra, one of love.

Bright Blessings,
Maggie

Happy Birthday Pisces, It’s Your Time to Shine!

The Sun moves into Pisces!  Happy Birthday Pisces!
Card from the Enchanted Astrologer - Monte Farber & Amy Zerner http://www.theenchantedworld.com/astrology/
To contact Maggie - Maggie Moon Tarot http://maggiemoontarot.com   You are the dreamers, poets, artists, emotionally sensitive, psychic and compassionate.  Pisces children can often see the fae, elves and other Elementals for they are children of wonder.  My son is a Pisces and he grew up in this enchanted land!
Your symbol is the Fish, your element is Water and a mutable sign in the Zodiac which is a “go with the flow energy” and flexible.  You can be chameleons and shape-shifters when necessary.  The sign is  shown as two fish swimming in different directions, which enables you to see different sides of a situation and have a choice on which way you will go.  Pisces can have uneasy boundaries, and may use escape when things become too intense.  You are the last sign in the Zodiac, so in you we see a bit of the other sign’s qualities.   In Tarot, the Moon card is associated to Pisces, for she is the Queen of the Night.  Your ruling sign is Neptune, the God of the Sea, inspires us and rules the land of dreams, and also Jupiter an expansive energy.  If you are in a relationship with a Pisces, they are givers, have charisma, sensual, can live in the world of dreams and can sometimes lose themselves in the pursuit of love.
Pisces is connected to the land of dreams and the 12th House, one of mystery and one who can slip between both worlds.  The ruling body parts for Pisces are the feet, and they can absorb energy from others easily so boundaries are important along with the practical matter of taking care of our feet and wearing foot ware that is supportive.  Until we have a problem with our feet, we don’t fully appreciate them. You can use essentials oils, flower essences on the bottom of your feet to absorb the supportive energy along with Ion Foot Spas that can detox areas in our body.
The flower for Pisces is the Water Lilly or Lotus a symbol of the soul’s journey, and and one of awakening.
One of your Sun stone is Aquamarine.  The blue-green stone, has gentle energy and can be used for the Third Eye Chaka and Throat Chakra enhancing being one with your higher self and aid in clear communication.  It can also help balance the water and fluids in the body.  Since you are a strong water sign, a Pink Himalayan Sea salt bath, a swim in the ocean or water or the sound of water is especially healing and relaxing.  The Aquamarine’s totem is the Sea Horse.  If a Sea Horse comes floating into your life or dreams, a message of being persistent and remaining  flexible and patient, a protective energy and a sign of good luck.   There maybe a special stone you are drawn to, so you can make that your signature stone.
The Archangel associated with Pisces is Sandalphon who can help you on your spiritual path, remove blocks and divine guidance.  He is also referred to as the “Angel of Music”.  You may receive your messages and inspiration through music. He can help you take your ideas and dreams and make them a reality.

Pisces, you bless us with your gift of intuition, creativity, imagination, compassion and healing!  Pisces,  it’s your time to shine!  Until we meet again...
Sending all my love,
Maggie.

Tarot Reading for the Week of February 14, 2015 With The Lover’s Path Tarot

Hi I’m Maggie Lukowski from Maggie Moon Tarot and here are the vibes for the Week.  Happy Valentine’s Day!  In the heavens this week we have lots of activity and it quite a hot week!  On Wednesday the second New Moon in Aquarius this year and a Super Moon at that.  So there is great potential this week with this New Moon in Aquarius. And then the Sun moves into Pisces!  Pisces are the dreamers, the poets, generally a gentle go with the flow energy, are sensitive and can often use escape when things become too intense.  So Happy Birthday to all those born under this sign. We usher in the Chinese New Year for 2015, the Year of the Wood Sheep, a Yin year, on the same day!   The sheep stands for peace, compassion and happiness.  It’s about using our mental abilities over a more aggressive nature.   Sheep are surprisingly tough, and can survive and are much stronger than they appear.  They generally won’t do a job or career they don’t like, or be forced into anything.  They don’t confront but often wander off and are very intuitive.  Also a very good year for love and harmony in relationships.  This may be a clue for us here.  The Sheep is the 8th sign in the Chinese Zodiac of the twelve animals. The Chinese believe 8 brings prosperity and good blessings, holds artistic and gentle vibes and loves the good life, a symbol of success and a prosperous career. We are also in an 8 year in Numerology so the Year of the Sheep can help us in areas of of love, health and manifesting,  relying on some of the Sheep’s gentle qualities. And at the end of the week Aries and Venus move into Mars!  Aries wants to get things going and Venus says make it all about the things we love.

For the reading this week I am using The Lover’s Path Tarot by Kris Waldherr creator of The Goddess Tarot.  It is a gorgeous deck!  And the first card that comes up is the Queen of Coins represented by the Goddess Hera often referred to as the Queen of Heaven, she ruled over the heavens and the earth.  She protects women, marriage, fertility, children and financial security.  She can do it all and is perfectly represented by the Queen of Coins. She reminds us in the beginning of the week to pay attention to these areas of our life and gives us confidence that we manage quite handlily manage matters of finance as it sets the tone for our overall well being.  It’s about looking at our resources to making the most of them.  Being grounded in our environment, comfortable with being independent men or women and believing we can create harmony and prosperity wherever we are.  The other quality is about cleaverness, and making a inviting environment and at the same time being generous.  We know that the ground is always fertile for new creations.

Midweek, Magic, in this deck, traditionally the Magician comes up.  It is represented by Merlin the Magician, the Wizard and advisor to King Arthur.  Merlin later in life fell under the spell of  Vivianne who in the end was his undoing.  Ahh what we do for love.  Many of us have been there, I know I have. This tale reminds us of our own mastery of self-empowerment, the magic inside each one of us to fulfill our life’s path and how we can transform our life.  To believe in our own power and not become entrapped in someone else’s power.  Seeing that it is paired with Hera, the Queen of Coins, we are capable in our own right of being complete and then that is when we are ready to find that partner who is our equal in love, business or a project.  There is Magic in each one of us, we must use this magic to create positive change not only in ourselves but everything around us.

At the end of the week another card from the Major Arcana comes up, Balance, the traditional card of Temperance.  Venus and Vulcan is shown on this card.  Venus is known as the Goddess of Love, inspires us with beauty and passion.  Because of her passion in matters of love, and her adventures, the Gods married her off to Vulcan, the God of the Forge who was a skillful craftsman.  Venus did not fully appreciate his talents and shared her affection with others.  She represents water and he fire a balance of beauty and craftsmanship.  Much like what is going on in the heavens at the end of the week with Venus and Aries moving into Mars, we do need to strike a balance.  Often we have so much energy, fire and passion going with projects or in relationships we have to come to a middle ground and balance  or we burn ourselves out.  And as a footnote, Venus did take Mars as her lover which infuriated Vulcan.   And since two Major Arcana cards came up in this reading, Balance and Magic, there may be some lessons and gifts we can reflect on that has a personal message for each one of us.  There are many types of love, and our hearts may have been broken before, but don’t give us on love, when our heart is open to love there is no fear.  We have the Magic and ancient wisdom of Merlin, the Goddess energy of Hera and like Venus, everything we touch brings beauty and love.

Oracle Reading for the Week of February 7th, 2015 with The Enchanted Map...

Oracle Reading for the Week of February 7th, 2015 with The Enchanted Map Oracle Deck
The Enchanted Map Oracle Deck: http://colettebaronreid.com/
To contact Maggie Lukowski or schedule a reading: http://maggiemoontarot.com
Hi I’m Maggie Lukowski from Maggie Moon Tarot and here are the vibes for the week and what going on in the heavens. The big news is Mercury is getting ready to go direct this week and that happens on February 11th. So we can start to make plans for travel, communications start to normalize and move forward. To yay to that! Also February is a 1 month in Numerology. You add the World year which is an 8 to February the month of 2 equalling a 10 and reduce to a 1. Numbers are vibrations! We have some green lights and with Mercury starting be on the move, it’s a great time to put those plans that might have been on hold into action. The vibration of the 1 is self-confidence, being our best self, not being distracted by things that can take us off focus and not overthinking things which can be a tendency if we are not coming from the higher vibration of this number. It’s a month to move forward to grace and asking, how can I serve.
For the reading this week, I am using the beautiful Enchanted Map Oracle Deck by Colette Baron-Reid. We can see what cards come out to empower us to make conscious choices this week, what we need to know, and what is for our highest good. The three cards selected appeared upright.
The card for the beginning of the week is Wide Open, card 42. And this month’s energy is about this theme. In the card a woman is standing on the edge of a rock formation with her arms open facing the heavens. In the companion book it describes this feeling beautifully “You are free to express your uniqueness to the world and share in all the bounties of life’s possibilities. It’s about expanding our horizons and having that greater vision. It’s not about the journey of someone else, or being a follower but putting ourselves out there with our unique voice and talents. It reminds us we don’t need to play small. It’s asking us what are we waiting for, we are being called forward on our path.
The card that comes next is Encouragement, card 54. There are two Giraffes, one looks to be the Mother giving the young one a nudge of encouragement. Giraffes have elongated necks and remind us we can stick our necks out and take a chance. As spirit animals, they have the gift of far sightedness, can see the big picture and not get bogged down in the weeds. We may have a midweek slump. We start out with great enthusiasm then we but doubts may creep in. We may find ourselves in a situation, project or relationship that we are new at and need that little extra support or words of encouragement. So midweek Giraffe brings us the confirmation that we are on the right path and can help us see what might be hidden. Her message is also to be the Encourager for a friend or loved one, giving them that nod, a word of praise that they are making progress. I have this little Fitbit on my wrist that measures steps, miles, tracks your sleep and other things and there is an app on your smartphone or computer where you can send a badge or a cheer to a friend to encourage them. It may seem like a small thing but how marvelous it feels to get that badge or cheer from someone. We can do this for ourselves too even though it’s nice to receive it from someone else. Remembering that feeling when you knew you were on the right path or where we followed our intuition and things worked out. That’s why I love to keeping a journal or jar filled with these joys to take out when we need some encouragement.
And at the end of the week Peaks of Joy, card 33, we feel success in what we started earlier in the week. 33 is one of the Master numbers in Numerology.  A double dose of creativity and Joy! There is such a joy and lightness of being flying up into the clouds in this card. It’s also about finding bliss and beauty in the small things which open us up for the good to come in. We don’t have to wait, Joy is contagious so share it with others. When one person succeeds at anything with integrity, that vibration lifts each one of us up and enables us all believe that we can do it too. It is supported by the cards that came before it. Allowing ourselves to be Wide Open, Encouragement, and then feeling we are over the Moon with Joy!

Well, that my friends are the vibes for the week.  If you enjoyed this video I invite you to click on the Subscribe and Like buttons and I have included a transcript of the reading in the About section of the Video, along with a link to Colette Baron-Reid’s website where you can find the Enchanted Map Oracle Cards,
